How could a stray bullet, 30 kilometres away hit a woman in Archer’s Post? Secondly--- view

  • 12 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House and say that the 78-year old lady was herding cattle at such late hours whereas she was in Archer’s Post Trading Centre? Is he in order? view
