The amendments that have been proposed by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party will handle this matter. It will be aligned not only to the Constitution of Kenya but also to other existing Acts of Parliament. After this Bill is passed, Members of Parliament will only play the oversight role. Members of this Board will be identified competitively.
