There is no way the President can sit down and not engage the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Department for International Development (DFID) and Asian Development Bank (ADB).   • 26 Oct 2023 in National Assembly: I have realised that when people do not like something, they say it is unconstitutional. The NG-CDF has suffered this fate for far too long. The amendments that have been proposed by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party will handle this matter. It will be aligned not only to the Constitution of Kenya but also to other existing Acts of Parliament. After this Bill is passed, Members of Parliament will only play the oversight role. Members of this Board will be identified competitively.
