As we were going through the Tax Laws at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I remember saying that some of the proposals contained in the Bill were unnecessary because we did not have a formula of dealing with it. There are Members who think that Parliament is not part of Government, but I want to state that Parliament is one of the arms of Government. If the Government is failing, it will not only touch on the Executive, but also on Parliament.
