It is a very clear amendment and we want to see how we can improve further the County Governments Act, particularly on seeing how even the County Secretary can be improved, so that he or she also has security of tenure. These governors should not just wake up one day and do their things in their offices. The Governor has been given more power to do whatever he wants to, and they do almost everything. Cabinet Secretary, you understand that Kajiado County has quite a number of national grid lines like Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO), Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen), Geothermal Development Company (GDC), Kipeto Energy, which has quite a number of institutions that are holding the national grid. I am the Senator for Kajiado. I appreciate you coming here today to learn from this Senate. I also thank Sen. Tobiko for being a pillar of our county, particularly Kajiado East and for establishing this school in 2017. We can now the see the fruits by you being here.
