For the last 20 years, it has stalled and we have been watching it rot. Whichever project the Lake Basin Development Authority has embarked on has been a total failure. Not too long ago, they tried to put together the rice mill but they could not run it. This Authority is corrupt and inefficient. I think that this project should be handed over to the private sector so that we can get jobs and accommodation that is very much required ... view
