How could the cheque be stale within six days? view

I can assure the House that not a single tree has been planted in Lamu East. If he has any tangible information to prove that there are trees which were planted in Lamu East, I would like to see it because I know not even a single tree has been planted there. view

Can he undertake that, in the process of clearing those names and carrying out further investigations, he will give us the names of the culprits? Drugs do not bring themselves. They are brought by people. So, as these Members of Parliament are cleared, let other names be mentioned, so that we know who the culprits of the drug menace in this country are. view
  • 22 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has said that he is not aware that there are IDPs in Lamu. It is a fact that there are IDPs in Lamu, who were evicted during the Shifta war. This brings us to the third question which hon. Dor had asked. The Minister has now confirmed that Lamu County is Government land, and that it is kind of a free-for-all land.
