Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I personally voted for the Hague with my very clear conscience, thinking that the post election violence would get justice. Unfortunately, the Hague has turned out to be part of the impunity. How do you subject an old man who has diligently served this country throughout his life, Amb. Muthaura, and take him to Hague? We woke up to a new dawn by giving ourselves a new Constitution. That is why even during that time before the new Constitution people like Prof. Anyang-Nyong’o and hon. Orengo decided to reclaim their stolen votes and go to the ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, before these people became IDPs, they were living somewhere. Can the Assistant Minister tell us why they are not able to resettle them back where they were before?

Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This piracy business all started, initially, when the trawlers started to be licensed in Kenya. It started with trawlers which used to come and do fishing here and then it turned on to the ships. Could the Prime Minister assure this House that they are going to stop licensing the trawler

Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The trawlers which I am talking about were pushed from Lake Victoria to Coast Province. They were given 24 hours to leave. That is the cause of piracy. So, for the Prime Minister to say that robbery and other things is an excuse, it is not an excuse but a reality. Trawlers are the sauce of piracy. They were given 24 hours to leave to Coast Province.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with due respect, Mr. Prime Minister should not rank us on how we are doing according to provinces in terms of drugs. He should tell us what his Government is doing about these drug dealers who are protected by the same Government.

Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. First, I take this opportunity to congratulate hon. Chanzu for bringing this Motion which is very important and long overdue. Education is key to development of any country. It is important for the Ministry to establish the beneficiaries of that Fund. You will realize that those funds do not benefit the right children who are in need of getting to the universities. It is important that the universities put up systems where--- Most Kenyans are not aware of the existence of those funds, particularly at the grassroots level. It is important for the Ministry ...

Asante Naibu Spika.
