Nitaanza na kuzungumza kuhusu mafanikio ya Hotuba ya Rais. Mafanikio haya ni kama vile kwenye kilimo, bei ya mbolea imepungua kutoka Kshs6,500 mpaka Kshs2,500 na kuongezeka kwa mapato ya kilimo kwa ekari 200,000. Pia kufufua sekta ya sukari ya umma.
