8 Jun 2010 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Assistant Minister has agreed that the company became dormant in 2003. Up to now, it is more than seven years. Members of co-operative unions are people who contribute money from their own salaries, hoping that at their time of retiring, they would get their money. The Assistant Minister has also said, in answer to part âaâ of the Question, that she has appointed a liquidator. When did the Ministry appoint the liquidator? When was this done and why did it take seven years for the Ministry to appoint a liquidator?

Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Assistant Minister, in her reply to part âbâ of the Question, says that the conclusion of the liquidation process will not be later than 31st December, 2010. Is she aware that by November, 2009, the mother company, United Touring Company (UTC), was bought by Kenas Holdings Limited? So, which company are they dealing with? Is it the mother company, which was already liquidated, or the new company?

15 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to remind the Assistant Minister that these children are part of our society and it is high time that the Government should take very seriously the issue of their health, education and shelter. The answer which the Assistant Minister gave mentioned Alms House which is a facility of Mombasa Municipal Council. But I would like to inform him that up to today, by 2.30 pm in that particular house we had only seven street children. Where are the other 893 street children?

6 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Question must be taken very seriously. Mr. Rogin worked for 13 years. The Minister accepts the reason of none performance as the only reason why Mr. Robinâs services were terminated. If that is the case, many employers will take advantage of this non-performance and dismiss so many workers. Many Kenyans will suffer from this so called ânon-performanceâ syndrome if he does not take this case seriously.

1 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Ahsante sana, Bw. Spika. Ninasimama kuunga mkono marekebisho haya.
