Wako hapa leo kwa minajili ya kuelewa jinsi ya kuendeleza serikali ya mashinani. Ni jambo la muhimu kwamba viongozi wa Homa Bay wamefika hapa na natumai watajifunza mambo mengi. Hatimaye, watakaporudi nyumbani, watakuwa vielelezo vya uongozi huko kwao. Nawahimiza kwamba ufisadi usipelekwe katika serikali za kaunti. Ninahakika kwamba kuja kwao hapa watajifunza mengi. Bw. The question that was asked was whether the government was aware whether the youth, women, and persons with disabilities face challenges in executing government tenders that are won, due to lack of collateral required by financial institutions to secure the loans. The response is that the Government is aware of the financial challenges faced by these people in executing government tenders that they win. • 13 Oct 2015 in Senate: Fund Oversight Board has received 55,456 applications from groups and institutions. In the last two financial years, out of the Kshs5354,400,000 disbursed to the 290 constituencies, the Board has approved Kshs4,240,400,000 for funding, to the groups or institutions that meet the eligibility criteria as provided in the Public Finance Benefit called Uwezo Fund. The Funds have benefited 42,801 groups countrywide out of which 26,838 are women groups, 14,986 are youth groups and 977 are groups of people living with disabilities as shown.
