Robert Mbui, the people of Kathiani Constituency and the Kamba community. Hon. (Gen.) Mulinge was a great man and a great son of the Kamba people. I want to say that he was a role model to many of us in the Kamba community; even during his service in the military, he encouraged many Kamba soldiers to emulate his ways of leadership. I would like to congratulate the Head of State for talking to Kenyans and giving them the state of the nation, and for allowing Principal Secretaries and Cabinet Secretaries to be continuously briefing Kenyans on the progress of governance. I want to thank the President and the Deputy President for removing the shame of IDPs in Kenya – something which the former Grand Coalition Government could not do for five years.
