Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving me a chance to contribute towards this Report. I stand to support the fact that, as a country, we need a railway line to lessen the traffic and stop the waste of resources through road repairs. I also wonder what the Report really answers. We know what the hon. Member raised was not on the fact that this country needs a railway line. He asked whether the law was followed in procuring and doing the funding. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am standing on a point of order. Judging the mood of the House, I think you should put the Question so that we can end this discussion because we are repeating ourselves.

Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute. I rise to support my dear friend, hon. Sakaja, for bringing these good amendments. Thank you hon. Speaker for giving me for giving me this chance to speak on behalf of the youth, I am a youth who is 30 years old. This is a milestone that our country is embarking on today, to help the most important group of this nation –the youth. This will make sure that our country moves forward. I support the amendments and, as Members of The electronic version of the Official Hansard ...

Parliament, let us go and do our duty. Our duty as patrons has been clearly stated there. We should go back home today or this weekend and provide the linkage between the Fund and the public at the constituency and county level. We should mobilize the target beneficiaries to benefit from the Fund. That should be our motivation; to go and motivate those youths and prepare them. They are not prepared. Many of our youths are thinking that things are the same as they used to be. But it is our duty as Members of Parliament to leave politics aside, ...

Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute. For your information, I have been patient since 2.30 p.m. I would like to support these amendments simply because I think most of us have talked here and said that there is a problem in the police force. Yes and we agree on that.
