They could hardly comprehend and communicate in English. In my current role as a Member of Parliament, I have gone to many primary and secondary schools, but sadly, many of the students are unable to clearly and coherently communicate. We sincerely believe it is time for us to a change the trend. Otherwise, we will have leaders in this country who are unable to read and write. It is very embarrassing at times when a Member stands here talking out of context. When you go outside there, people start wondering whether you belong to the same Parliament.
