When it is opened, it will not be Kamariny Stadium, but Kelvin Kiptum Kimariny Stadium. That will be in his honour, so that we remember the great man. These are continuing Members because they served in the First Session and the Second Session. Basically the Senate will not need to spend resources on capacity building and training because they already have experience and have been trained.
