The current office bearers of the Federation have a tendency to go to court to block any attempts for elections to take place. There is a lot of corruption and many cartels there. We need to ensure that the elections take place. The issue highlighted do not affect the FKF alone; Athletics Kenya has similar issues. Sifuna. The Local Content Bill, 2023 aims to create a comprehensive legal framework that will fully enhance local content in Kenya. Following deliberations of the Committee, the Committee resolved to maintain the local content at 30 per cent. The Bill is currently awaiting publishing. The Energy (Amendment) Bill, 2023 whose principal object of the Bill is to amend the Energy Act, 2019 to provide for transparency in Energy purchase agreements. ... view

We want to thank Senate, in its own wisdom, when the 11th Parliament came up with the CPICSF Committee. This is because in the last two Senates, the 11th Parliament and the 12th Parliament, CPAIC focused mainly on the executive audited accounts.
