When we were growing up, we would take Malariaquin whenever we suffered malaria. I remember in primary or high school, we used to be injected. A school’s Board of Management (BoM) will not have to ask for additional resources from parents to pay BoM teachers. The President has also promised that within the next year or so, 50,000 more will be recruited to reduce the backlog. All our over 1,000 wards across the country will have Constituency Innovation Hubs (CIH) to enable the youth access digital opportunities globally. You do not have to be employed. You can do research and be paid working from home or accessing free Wi-Fi within the markets and the CIH. Most of us in this House are not lawyers, but it is important that we check the minimum qualifications that Speakers have both at the county assemblies, National Assembly and Senate. Even as we put minimum qualifications, the Committee also needs to evaluate the Speakers of the National Assembly since 1963 up to date. Identify those who were lawyers and those who were not.
