Due to the contradictions in the information given on the Floor of this House on the magnitude and the effect of floods in Tana, would I be in order to request the Chair, now that this is a unique House where we have the Leader of the Majority Party who has no powers to instruct the Government or a Cabinet Secretary to intervene at such a crucial time, to form a small committee to come up with the way forward on that problem? view
