As you have rightfully said, some are weighty constitutional issues which I thought on the spur of a moment, you will make a ruling as to whether the Leader of the Majority Party and Office of the Controller of Budget are in order to be contravening the Constitution. view

Therefore, your humble Petitioner prays that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security:- (i) Recommends immediate deployment of more security personnel to enforce law and order in Kiambu County and ensure that this illegal militia is disbanded.
