  • 18 Feb 2016 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, whereas I thank you for the firm action you have taken against hon. Washiali. I think upon his return to this House, whenever he returns, if he ever returns, he should be found to have been completely out of order by making the statement that Kikuyus do not grow sugar-cane. I am sure this House debated and made a resolution on the CSs that were approved yesterday. The Member has no business taking this House back to the issue of the CSs who were approved yesterday. You should find him completely out of order in line of what he is talking about. He is debating matters to do with ethnicity. He should dwell either on the merits or demerits of these people ... view
  • 17 Dec 2015 in National Assembly: He should observe the rule of relevance because he is completely out of order to take this country in the direction that he is taking it. view
