• 21 Oct 2021 in National Assembly: of the term. What we are basically saying is that, that is an error. It should not be like that. That person should serve his or her new term. Basically, we are deleting “the remainder of the term”. view

• 13 Oct 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. We do not legislate the obvious. When somebody dies, he is already dead and so you do not need to put (g). I think we should treat this as a typo because once you die, you are dead. That is why we do not legislate to say at this time you can go to the toilet and all that. I think (g) should be treated as a typo and we remove it. view

More than 50 years since Independence, we are still talking about shortage and lack of water for our people and livestock. When we experience drought, we lose livestock and money. When there is drought, we lose wildlife, which essentially means we are losing on tourism. People s came together and started doing water pans in every homestead. Even during the dry spell, they have enough produce. They grow their own food, vegetables and they can support themselves. Another gentleman known as Cosmas Mwanzia did the same. He dug wells along streams. view
