  • 19 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I accept the information from the Chairman that the report he is giving to the House is not really his but he has done so on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary for internal security. But what is missing in the report is the factual component where some areas in Turkana South have lost a number of areas, including Turkwel and Lorokon view
  • 5 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I wish to thank the Deputy Chairperson for his response. There are a number of issues which I would wish he clarifies because I feel they are not well addressed. First, Naurikitoe is not in Kibish District; it is in Turkana North District. I limited my question to Nadapal and Karachi specifically in Kibish District. Where the CS lifted Naurikitoe shows that he is not in touch with what happened. It also indicates that the answer he is giving is not correct. The area he is referring to as Naurikitoe is in another district. Therefore, that invalidates the ... view

  • 5 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: It is in the Statement, which I know originated from the Cabinet Secretary (CS). But he has brought it to the Floor of this House. view
  • 5 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Yes! And, therefore, if they have to ask the Government, I have to ask through him. view
  • 5 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: So, hon. Speaker. The other issue which could be the last--- view
  • 5 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I will go by your advice. view
  • 4 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to thank the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security for making an attempt to respond to my request. From the bottom of my heart, it is my assumption that the Chairperson, hon. Kamama, is not really satisfied and convinced with the Statement that he has given since it does not give a reflection of what I sought. Two, the Statement is a mere response that has been in this House for quite some time. It has been prepared by the CS. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want a clarification on ... view
