We cannot make the assumption that Kenyans are irresponsible and that they cannot determine how much alcohol they take and when. Therefore, for that reason, I do not think that it is necessary to close businesses and affect livelihoods of people just because we are facing elections in two days time. view

I have not seen any copy and I am just wondering how I will be in a position to debate this Bill even before I see the Report of our own Standing Committee and before I receive a report of the various recommendations made by the CRA. view
