What is about to happen does not add up to harmony and coordination that we are thinking about or what the general public was thinking about ... view

  • 28 Oct 2014 in National Assembly: On a point of order Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the contributor started speaking, he was speaking in Kiswahili. However, somewhere in the middle, he reverted into the English Language. Now, even the withdrawal and apology has been made in English Language. Is that in keeping with our Standing Orders? Is he in order? view
  • 2 Oct 2014 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. You just read that Petition to us. In my view, it is not practicable for the Senate as a whole to discuss it.
