Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a tendency in this country, particularly in remote areas like Laisamis and Garsen constituencies, the contractors tend to do extremely poor quality jobs. That is not something that the Assistant Minister can solve by merely visiting those areas. In the Hola-Garsen Road, you will find that it is being constructed and yet, other things are going wrong along the same road. What measures, particularly in the remote areas, is the Assistant Minister putting in place to ensure that those roads are constructed to the required standards?
