I will start by saying that bonding time for family members is an important moment, especially for kids being adopted. It is always a beautiful opportunity when an abandoned child finds a parent. Again, it is also important to consider that men require much more time with their children. That is especially the case in modern times when there are challenges in parenthood. So, I support this idea that those adopting be given time to bond with their new children so that they can get to know each other more. view

I wish to support this Motion on provision of free screening for cervical cancer to the women in this country. Statistics show that cervical cancer is one type of cancer that is causing many deaths in this country. Research has indicated that we can prevent up to 75 per cent of women from developing cancer in their bodies, if screening is done right on time. Let me start by saying that this is an idea whose time has come because village elders are a very famous lot. When people die in the villages, it is reported to village elders.
