Any crop that we grow in this country, and which has a market anywhere in the world, can be exported there. However, if the Ministry is not ready to support the growth of the crop, what policy has the Government come up with, so that the farmers who are growing this crop do not waste their energy and resources on the crop? It is the junior staff who are promoted. Is he telling us that they do not have qualified and adequate junior officers that the Ministry could promote?
