I stand to support this Amendment Bill by my good friend Abdullswamad Sherrif, MP Mvita, in the great Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) county of Mombasa. This Bill brings clarity in what an injury means within the law. For a long time, what an injury is within the police legal matters was unclear and was left to the whims of the senior officers. This Bill, if passed, will bring morale to the police force and will also make it possible for the police service to attract and retain some of the best brains in this ... view
