Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the Minister say that he came to my constituency after our indication, which I quite appreciated. Could I ask her to send her personnel to Migori, as soon as possible, so that the sinking of the boreholes and the construction of the three dams that were promised by the Minister are undertaken before the local residents get into problems during the next drought?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has told us that there are some cases pending in court, which is okay. Is he satisfied that the jail terms imposed on these people who create problems during examinations is adequate or could he want this House to amend the Act so that these people can be imprisoned for a longer term?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for giving a very elaborate answer. He has indicated that they have reduced the workforce to 90 per cent. Could he assure this House and Kenyans that the 90 per cent that he has left behind to work in the corporation will make an input which will be commensurate with the business plan of the corporation?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the quality of education in this country is very vital. The Assistant Minister has said that they are going to consider increasing the allocation. Could he tell us exactly when the Ministry will consider improving the quality of education by providing adequate funds to the low cost boarding schools?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Minister to realize that there are some constituencies where the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) money has been spent to open more roads. Could he confirm here that when his officials are doing the survey, they will consider those constituencies which have opened more roads and give them more funds to ensure that the maintenance is properly done on these roads?
