However, first of all, I want the Assistant Minister to note that 1,091 plus 1,062 does not add up to 2,154, on a light touch. My question to the Assistant Minister is, what specific plans or strategies, in line with the current Constitution, does the Government intend to use to encourage many more women in the rural areas like Migori to join the ICT field?
