  • 8 Jun 2010 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to support this very important Bill that has been introduced by hon. Olago. I am also thankful for the opportunity to contribute on the first day after the recess. This important Bill has come at the right time. I am happy to join my colleagues who have supported it. I want to support it with my body and soul. Truly, any commission of inquiry that is formed is because there is loss of lives, destruction of property and many other crimes that are committed. It is extremely difficult ... view
  • 8 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Nashukuru, Bw.
  • 8 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Bw.
  • 8 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Bw. Bw. Naibu Spika, tunaposema mambo ya ardhi; tunaposema mambo ya Internally view
  • 8 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: , tunaongea mambo ya Wakenya! Asante, Bw. Naibu Spika. view
  • 6 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. We have been here and have debated this Bill exhaustively. It looks like everybody is supporting it. Would I be in order to request that the Mover be called upon to reply? view
  • 1 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. I rise to oppose this amendment. It is not the commissions that will eliminate corruption in this country. It is the obedience to the laws that are already in place that will do that. To say that we want to give more strength to the commission that is in place to bite, would not work. We need to trust the institutions which are in place, managed by Kenyans and give them the opportunity to deal with corruption that is actually “eating” this country. I beg to oppose. view
  • 31 Mar 2010 in National Assembly: Ahsante, Bw. Uhai view
  • 2 Mar 2010 in National Assembly: Thank you Mr. Speaker. I also rise to contribute and support this important Presidential Address that was delivered on the 23rd February, 2010. A lot has been said and the Head of State touched on many important issues. But I want to zero in on three important issues which I picked and I thought they were very important for our nation. One point the President raised was to say that Kenya belongs to all of us irrespective of who is poor, who is rich, who is tall, who is big and who is small. He did not discriminate or say ... view
