It is an important amendment Bill because it will strengthen the functions and create distinction. I describe the situation we have at the moment as a cancerous behavior which is being exploited by the Judiciary. It is important to know that this Bill has been proposed to accelerate economic growth and reduce the cost of doing business. This is a very important Bill in the sense that it sets this provision for the independent administrators to take control of business, equitable distribution and liquidation among creditors in case of the insolvency of the entity concerned. It also provides the mechanism for indentifying and prosecuting managers or directors who, through their illegal actions, have contributed to insolvency.
