When this House receives communication from the county assemblies that a process has been initiated at the county assembly level and that the county assemblies themselves have passed a Motion or a resolution to impeach a Governor or a Deputy Governor, then this House has a duty to conduct its constitutional role of according those parties the hearing of this Senate. Is it in order – now that I have done it, as you say – for the Senate Minority Leader to mislead the county that he is unaware or ignorant of the fact that the 2007/2008 clashes were caused by utterances by people in this Republic which caused ethnic tension, eventual fight and confrontation? That, I think, is out of order in my opinion. view
