I appreciate the efforts being made by the Minister and her officials to provide water to Kenyans. In particular, I thank the Minister for providing Samburu East with a water bowser. This is a drought-prone area. Since we do not have permanent rivers, we rely on pans and dams which dry up during the dry season. We experience hardships because of scarcity of water. The Minister has helped the community and schools in Samburu East which would have closed due to scarcity of water. ... view
