Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me a chance. I rise on a point of order. I would like to find out whether it is in order for the Member for Buuri to say that he is a father to his daughters and wife. Is he in order?

Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. First, I would like to thank the Chair of the Committee, Hon. Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity to also put my word to this very important Report. First of all, I congratulate the two Chairs. They have done a wonderful job and you can tell that they put their time in this. Now that I have one minute, let me be straight and go to the rhetorical question which I want to ask. For how long have we known that we can plant sugarcane that can only last six months and harvest it? Why is it that we have had governments that have been putting farmers in the agony of ...

Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. First, I thank the Leader of the Majority Party for the Statement he read from the Cabinet Secretary. This morning, I attended the Departmental Committee on Education and Research after the ruling by the Speaker yesterday. I must take this opportunity to thank the Cabinet Secretary for Education. He ably made a presentation concerning funding for universities. The highlight of his presentation was telling Members of Parliament that it does not matter whether a student has an identity card or has not been able to go through the ...

Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary whether he has financial challenges or procurement challenges because, clearly, something is not in order. Lastly, I would also like to ask the Cabinet Secretary to assure this House that this will never happen again in this country, especially for the Special Olympics. Thank you.
