  • 28 Jun 2018 in National Assembly: I have the honour of being the Chairman of the African Parliamentarians Network Against Corruption (APNAC), Kenya Chapter. We are a lobby group and many Members of Parliament are members. The Chair of the whole of Africa currently is our Hon. Speaker. • 13 Mar 2018 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I have a statement on the Kenya Power and Lighting Company. I wish to inform the House that there has been an attempt to defraud me and probably other colleagues by persons claiming to be officers of the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) working under the initiative titled “The Last Mile Connectivity Project.” These fraudsters have been asking us for a payment of Kshs13,800 per village, which translates to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
