Noticeable errors that emerged from various students were the awarding of marks for the Kenyan Sign Language (KSL) subject yet students had not sat for the said subject; and grades in Science and Social Studies and Religious Education were truncated incorrectly and were missing the plus (+) and minus (-) signs.
