Bodi hii itakapokuwa inakaa, walemavu watakuwa wakiwakilishwa na kina nani? Hii ni bodi ya kaunti ambayo itakuwa ikijihusisha na mambo ya maendeleo. • 5 Mar 2014 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, through my observation, I think it is the right time we summoned the Attorney-General to come and try to vet his wisdom in advising the President on assenting to Bills, because even the Attorney-General may not be understanding the whole concept of what is happening between the two Houses. • 4 Dec 2013 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am seeking a clarification from the Chair of the relevant Committee, if they knew from the word go that there was some legal implication that required some amendments as far as the Education Act is concerned, I wonder why they went that far without going that route of amending the Education Act to give the headmasters or the school principals a free hand or allowing them to issue the certificates without necessarily asking for the money. I wonder why they went that far rather than going that route of first amending the Act. view
