• 16 Nov 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not think the Government is serious. This road traverses a very high potential area. It delivers milk and foodstuffs to Nakuru, Nyahururu and also the northern region. It has become the norm; the Ministry of Roads always says that it will do design work. Could I get an assurance from the Assistant Minister that he will consider this road, considering that other roads are equally impassable in my constituency, and upgrade it to bitumen standard in order to increase investment in the area? view
