• 30 Mar 2016 in National Assembly: Ninakushukuru sana kwa kuelewa yale maneno ambayo nilikuwa ninayazungumza. Ninaomba kila Mkenya aweze kupata nafasi nzuri anapofikisha umri wa miaka 18, ili apewe nafasi ya kuchukua ile stakabadhi ya kwanza na hiyo iwe inatumika. Sioni haja ya watu kuomba stakabadhi na kusubiri kwa miezi mitatu au minne. Maombi yote ya stakabadhi hiyo yanafaa kushughulikiwa mara moja ili mtu aweze kupata kitambulisho siku ya pili. I lost my wife, father, two brothers and two sisters to that deadly disease. I feel very bitter because the Government is able to train as many people as possible, instead of leaving those wanyamas to steal our money. I am sure the Government has the ability to train not only one person per county as Madam Wanga has proposed, but one person per village. This Government, as I understand, is very rich. • 23 Mar 2016 in National Assembly: I am urging this Government to make sure that it sends not less than two people in a constituency for that education, so that our people can be treated well. People from rural areas cannot travel from their villages to Nairobi because of lack of cash. I am urging the Government to make sure that it changes its habit. If it catches anyone who has stolen money, let action be taken and the money brought back and used to train people on that deadly disease. The Government should not only deal with that disease. • 16 Mar 2016 in National Assembly: Ahsante sana, Mheshimiwa Naibu Spika wa Muda. Nakushukuru kwa kunipatia nafasi hii haswa ukijua kwamba nilikuwa kapteni wako kule Malindi. Ninaiunga mkono Hoja hii kwa sababu kuna haja kubwa ya walemavu kushughulikiwa kikamilifu na Serikali yetu. Walemavu wamekuwa wakihangaika sana. Kuna haja kubwa ya kuhakikisha kwamba majengo yamefanyiwa ukarabati na kupigwa msasa. Ngazi katika majengo yote zinapaswa kufanyiwa marekebisho ili kuwawezesha walemavu kuzitumia. Kuna haja magari, kuanzia sasa, yatengenezwe ikijulikana kwamba kuna watu ambao hawawezi kuinua miguu yao na kuabiri. Magari yanapaswa kuundwa kwa namna ambayo itawawezesha walemavu kuabiri bila ya kupata usaidizi kutoka kwa mtu yeyote. view
