The staff who are ... view
  • 20 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is this hon. Member in order to insinuate that I have no clear understanding of what I was talking about? • 18 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support this Vote. I want to start by commending the Minister for Finance for the Budget that he read. I want to commend the staff at the Ministry for the many things that they have done. • 12 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Government sold this particular ADC Farm at a cost of Kshs5, 500 per acre. What was the criteria used in identifying the beneficiaries? Who owned the 700 acres of the Asante Farm in Kuresoi? Why was it necessary for the Government to buy that land? view

  • 4 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Ndaragwa Constituency has not had rain for the last 10 months now. Last week we lost an old lady because of hunger. The Minister has told us that the assessment is done on a regular basis. We have 65,000 people facing starvation in Ndaragwa. When will she do the assessment in my constituency? view
