(2) Clarify if the contractor is obligated by the terms of the contract to perform both bush clearing along both sides of the road, and if so, to what extent. (3) Assess whether the Ministry of Roads and Transport has established mechanisms to guarantee and maintain activities aligned within the stipulated standards.
