Even the Petitioners say that the regulations are being proposed. Mr. Speaker, Sir, Paragraph 9 says: “Special attention is drawn to the Legal Notice No.168 in which the CS in charge of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation has published the proposed Water Resources Regulations (2021), whose proposal provides significant changes in the obligations of water users and particularly in increasing the nominal cost of obstruction of water from various sources.” Mr. Speaker, Sir, the regulations have not ... view
