The P3 Form should be filled when the person has fresh wounds. It is important that the Chairperson assures the House that in a week’s time, he will respond. It is a straightforward matter. It has generated a lot of interest countrywide. Citizens are being tortured by police. Some are killed and others harmed like in this case. • 31 May 2016 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, I want to inform my senior colleague that the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is part of the United Nations (UN) body and, therefore, it confirms itself as an independent body, just like the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) which has its own rules and regulations. These regulations ought to be followed to the letter. Any interference either by the Government or any other party is not acceptable. Incidentally, that is how international agencies operate.
