It was agreed that we nominate Sen. Omogeni as a Commissioner. In any case, I wrote a letter explaining the circumstances that the final decision rests with the minority. It is in that regard that that letter was written. I am glad that the resolve of the Minority was to nominate a competent Senior Counsel in the House. view
