Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am a little bit disappointed by the response given by the Attorney-General. He says he needs evidence before he can go for the suspects. There is already some evidence. The thrust of my question is: If there exists a treaty, what steps he is taking to ensure that we get the suspects extradited to Kenya?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter is very important to this House and this nation. From the responses we are getting from the Attorney-General, one sees very little commitment and determination to bring this matter to an end. What is the commitment in the Office of the Attorney-General to bring this matter to a logical conclusion?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Attorney-General is still being evasive. Instead of starting with the first question, he has started with the last question and sat down. However, he is willing to tell us whether there is an extradition treaty between Kenya and the USA. The question is: When will he do that?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to assure this House that this new system is not prone to any fraud given that it all happens in darkness. What assurance can he give this House that this system will not lead to any fraudulent activities?

Members have, as representatives of the people, to find answers to these Questions so that we do not have numerous Questions on roads being brought before this House. This is because there are engineers on the ground. For example, money has been sent to the ground to do some roads all over the country but those works are not being done.
