The recruitment exercise will take place on 28th and 29th October, which is very near. So, I humbly request the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations to speed up the issue through the Cabinet Secretary, so that the ordinary mwananchi at the grassroots can get the chance.
