The Chairperson was to provide the data per county and to explain the criteria used by the relevant government departments to allocate funds since it is being done selectively. I was going to ask whether the petitioner has sought legal redress in court because the issues that he is canvassing before the Senate can be remedied through the courts of law instead of belabouring the Senate to determine whether it is a good case or not. I would freely advice the petitioner to go to a court of law and seek that remedy. view
