The Statement relates to the disqualification of Mr. Boniface Mbeja from the recent recruitment for a Chief Mechanical Engineer at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Following the interview process, Mr. Benjamin Mbeja emerged the top most qualified candidate. Consequently, three candidates were recommended to the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure for consideration for recruitment.
